NEEM OIL TIP

• 1 quart water or half water & half isopropyl alcohol
• 1 tsp neem oil
• 1/2 tsp plant safe liquid dish soap

Shake the solution intermittently during application to keep ingredients well mixed. Because the oil smothers insect pest be sure to completely cover all plant surfaces for maximum effectiveness.
